I've Returned!!

June 2025 was the moment when I lost my passion and creativity for photography. I never saw it coming and up until that point I was enjoying all the shoots I did. I took a break for a couple of months in order to reset myself and rediscover that passion and creativity and at the beginning of August it came back to me when I woke up one morning and heard this sound of roaring nearby. Took a few moments to realise it was the burner of a hot air balloon and I quickly got dressed, put my shoes on and grabbed the camera bag and left the house. Seeking Inspiration

In the past three to four years I've started to build up a collection of books that are all connected to famous photographers and fashion designers. Not only do I want to read about their careers but I also want to gain inspiration and than work out how to incorporate that into my shoots. It could be a camera angle, an outfit or even a location. The books I've got in my collection so far are 'Fondation Cartier pour l'Art Contemporain' by American fashion photographer Herb Ritts, 'Evolution' by British fashion designer Alexander McQueen, 'A Life In Fashion' by German fashion designer and photographer Karl Lagerfeld, 'Gods and Kings: The Rise and Fall of Alexander McQueen and John Galliano' by Dana Thomas and ' The Death of Photography' by British photographer Peter Gravelle.

Jordan was also a major figure on the London Punk scene in the mid 1970's from being seen at early appearances by Sex Pistols and also with her raccoon style makeup, her bouffant hairstyle and her daring outfits. To describe her in two words they would simply be Trailblazer and Icon.
